Here is a 14 feddan lake already stocked with pelicans, geese and flamingo is encircled by a sea od green stretching as far as the eye can see, and will be the site of the Mediterranean Restaurant. Beyon ia a 27 hole course punctuated with lakes, a river, flower beds and brushes, and the 1,000,000 trees, including 80,000 palms, that have been planted so far. A further course of 54 holes is the next part of the project to be constructed, adding to the already astounding statistics: 99 holes, 40 lakes for irrigation and up to 3,000,000 palm trees.
